Unfortunately my experience with Kevin and his partner Chris was disappointing. After several back and forth conversations and a partial repair I am out more than $200 and have a machine that isn’t fully functional. Kevin promised a visit this past Monday and I have yet to see or hear from him.

honestly. I am not sure who this is. I had nothing booked this past Monday (and didn't book due the Superbowl being on the night before), I don't charge $200.00 for any repair calls at all and definitely not sure who a Christina in Etobicoke is. If you could kindly email me I can get to the bottom of this and we can make it better but this sounds like a made up review from a competitor, which I have had before or a disgruntled contractor that i let go on this very day. Now Homestars wont do anything about it....so I am stuck with this fraudulent scribble.
