This is our first year with Metro after hearing rave reviews from a couple of sources. It is also our first winter in our new home and we were surprised to see that we are only 1 of 2 houses that went with Metro while everyone else went with the same competitor. It didn't take long for us to realize why, the other company comes 2-3 times to our every plow. They also do a cleaner and more thorough job, especially at the end of the driveway. The annoying thing is, we paid more to sign with Metro with their first on the street guarantee, so far this has not happened yet.
Perhaps my expectations were too high and if I didn't have direct comparison with a better company I would have given a higher rating, but service has been adequate rather than exceptional.

Sorry you feel that way. We offer more services such as GPS alerts, pre,and during email updates that no other company offers. ig price is your only motivator there are cheaper firms.
3 have gone out of business this month alone.... charged to little and ran out of funds. This is why many customers have stuck with us fir over 25 years. We are solid. Hope we can win bs k your confidence and will work towards they.
