Terrible service. Paid for shoveling of driveway and they have only done it 3 times so far. Very slow in getting our driveways done. Other companies are done way before these guys. Service is really poor compared to when they were owned by APpleseed. address is on Saginaw cresc and yes we are a customer. Sidewalk has only been done 3 times this year. I have pictures. Also driveways for our street is not done like other streets. We have to call and call before metro comes. I don't know why it shows up as Cambridge.

Sorry you feel that way and we will try to improve. Im sure with over 9 storms in a few weeks we've been there more then 3 times? They visit at least twice each storm. Once for their driveway and once for the city grader dump. Again, no address so I cant possibly look at your file and try to see if we can find a way to satisfy you.
And...why is this coming in from 'Cambridge '?....i dont service Cambridge?
