I called Dima Plumbing to replace a mixing valve for our water heater
John arrived exactly on time as discussed, extremely courteous and proceeded to work on replacing the valve.
The old valve was facing an awkward position which made it difficult to see or adjust if ever the need arose.
I asked John if he could install the new mixing valve with the dials at least facing a direction where it would be more accessible.
John took some time to analyze the situation, and with some redesigning and effort did exactly what i had wished for.
Even with this added effort, John did not expect any more compensation then what he had originally estimated.
Truly client satisfaction was first and foremost to John.
I very much appreciate the experience and job that John and Dima Plumbing has done.
