An existing shower head pipe was cracked behind the wall in the bathroom, leaking water on the bathroom ceiling and in the walls. Instead of breaking the walls & ceiling, John figured out that only the pipe connection was the problem and replaced it with a quality one (metal), and so avoiding a lot of unnecessary work and a mess after that. He also replaced an old toilet shutoff valve which was old and leaking. His work comes with a warranty.
All this, including testing the repairs, in only 1/2 hour - after coming exactly at the time of the appointment. He is also very clean, and very courteous and will provide valuable advice.
I am very satisfied with John's work, and needless to say that he will be my first choice for any further plumbing issues.
