Valerie has an amazing design eye. She helped us pick the best fabric and pattern for our new master bedroom and en-suite. Valerie is extremely professional and just a genuine person to boot. I would highly recommend Cover Me! So pleased.

We needed ripple fold drapery for a living room and master bedroom, along with a Roman shade for an entrance window. Valerie was fantastic throughout the process, and extremely helpful in recommending fabrics that would fit the respective rooms.

Valerie came to our home to meet with us, discuss a variety of options and helped us select blinds for each room in our home (bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room). She was patient and helpful as we looked through colours to select the perfect shade. The pricing was fair, the measurements were perfect and installation was done in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend! We opted for blackout blinds in our bedroom, one of the black out shades came with a small hole (manufacturer flaw -not Valerie’s fault) but she handled it extremely professionally and had the situation fixed for us and new blind installed within days. I highly recommend working with Valerie. We love our blinds!

I found Valerie through Homestars and saw that she had excellent reviews. I had a unique challenge with finding window blinds for my newly renovated kitchen because of the configuration of the 3 windows and 1 patio door. I had been to many stores and no one could find a suitable solution. Then I contacted Valerie and she was able to figure out what was best. Initially Valerie and I spoke on the phone and I sent her photos of my kitchen. She then came to my house with an abundant amount of samples, and she was very very patient and helpful in working with me to select styles and colours. Her prices are very reasonable. Valerie is extremely pleasant to work with, she responds promptly to all inquiries, she has a large selection of window coverings, and the quality of her products is excellent. Valerie provides very personalized service and her installer is also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Valerie for window coverings.
