We met with multiple contractors before deciding on SHD, and our choice was based on their obvious professionalism, knowledge, and clear expectations. Once we met with Ash and Farzad, it was an easy decision that proved to be the right one. From the start, communication was clear and all of the individual trades were clearly experts in their designated fields. Each provided valuable insight that helped with the design process, and Homa was able to put it all together clearly with her 3D renderings. We knew what we expected, and the end product was an exact match. All of the trades people treated our home with respect, and the job completed was done beautifully. In the end, we have a media room/office, workout space, full bath, and bookshelves running down our stairs. They were also willing and able to redo a feature wall we have upstairs, and fix a light fixture and mirror on our main floor. When we moved our furniture into the basement a delivery crew broke our brand new railing and damaged the wall heavily. Within 24 hours the railing was off to be fixed, and the whole issue was resolved within days. The issues were not caused by SHD or their teams, but they still helped us fix the problem incredibly quickly. We would use SHD and any of their associated trade partners again if ever needed.
