Very disappointed in the lack of snow removal service and appalled with the handling of the situation. Not only have they repeatedly forgotten my driveway but to have such lack of integrity in handling the situation is beyond bad business. Committing to great service and then completely failing is not even the worst part...dishonest to customers and telling them that they will refund the prorated balance of the winter and then not providing the refund and then ignoring emails and continuing to forget the driveway. I have never in my 55 years seen such lack of integrity from a 'family' run business. Shame on Denali, and specifically shame on Jess for not being honest and above board.

Denali Landscaping & Snow Removal prides itself on quality of service including customer service.; therefore, we would like to take the time to explain our side of events to you: We did offer you a prorated refund, based on our calculation, which you refused and took it upon yourself to calculate your own refund amount Our calculation is based on the number of weeks left in the season, and number of cm already fallen on the ground. Since we could not agree on the refund amount, we offered to get another provider to clear your driveway. Unfortunately, you were unwilling to speak to us in order to come to a solution. This year, we have excelled in our customer satisfaction rating by exceeding the 92% last year to 95% this year. Unfortunately, in this line of business you cannot make everyone happy, however, we are very proud of the 95% success rating we have attained, and confident that we can only learn from the 5% of dissatisfied customers, and improve our customer service model for the future.
