The landing and stairs had become uneven / sunken with loose stair caps and a general look of being off kilter that the photo doesn't do justice to. The railing on one side which was attached to a few of the larger cap stones had started to feel unsafe as well. Adam assured me that they could relevel the interlock and salvage our railing, which they did. Although a sudden ice storm interrupted work for a few days, they promptly continued the job as soon as the ice thawed.
