The landing and stairs had become uneven / sunken with loose stair caps and a general look of being off kilter that the photo doesn't do justice to. The railing on one side which was attached to a few of the larger cap stones had started to feel unsafe as well. Adam assured me that they could relevel the interlock and salvage our railing, which they did. I'd been ignoring the need to look for a plumber to come in and fix a Toto toilet that has been making the most outrageous noises, sometimes in the middle of the night and randomly during the day. Today was the day to deal with it. I checked Homestars and found Drain 1 Plumbing had great reviews. Not only did they answer my call right away but came by within an hour. An hour after that, it was all fixed. New valve and suction cup with a 1 year guarantee. He left a few business cards but he should have left more, I'll be handing them out to all my friends. Great contact to have. Very Reliable, Fast , Clean & Professional !

Our bathroom was a ‘get in and get out’ kind of space. It was time to renovate. We hired TLC Tile Works for our bathroom renovation. From the demolition to the final reveal, Antonio and his crew took great care with our project. TLC Tile Works came highly recommended for Antonio’s ability to cut and install tile using very narrow grout lines, which was a preference of ours. So although the attention to detail work was expected and much appreciated, we were surprised and impressed by Antonio’s design sense. He offered tile options for laying patterns and coordinating textures and colours and was able to enlarge the bathroom, by incorporating a portion of an adjacent bedroom closet, into the space. All the trades Antonio recommended for the renovation including electricians and plumbers were excellent. He also managed the scheduling of each, which allowed for a smooth timeline. Not a day goes by that I don’t relax in the space, and feel it was money well spent. We couldn’t be happier with the results and we’re singing in the shower once again!
