We met a rep. at one of our home shows and arranged for a visit to our home. Doug came right in the middle of our demo day for our Reno and he was so calm, cool and collected, he made the process absolutely seamless in a sea of dust and disaster!
We received reqular updates from him on the progress of our order and then contacted us to set up the install date at our convenience. He showed up on time and they both look amazing; our contractors have already asked for the contact info. to pass on to their other clients. Highly recommend them both for the amazing customer service and exemplary product!!!!!
