Jspec Roofing

This is the first review I have ever felt compelled to write for any product or service.

We needed our roof done – we live in a small old barnhouse style home that’s over 100 years old. We had 6 different roofing companies come by to inspect the roof and provide quotes. One roofer showed up and provided a quote without even going up to see our roof. Another one sent two crew members and charged us $150 just for the quote and their quote was absolutely outrageous.

Justin arrived on the scheduled time for the quote – he was very friendly and took his time inspecting the roof and answering our questions and concerns. He sent us a professional and reasonable quote on that same evening, which was very competitive . After reviewing his quote and calling him with our questions, we decided to go ahead and hire Justin and his crew.

They arrived on the scheduled start date/time- Justin was present with his partner and 4 other crew members. My husband greeted them and I heard lots of laughter and comradery coming from outside which was refreshing given that it was bright and early – it was nice to hear the good cheer and observe the teamwork spirit from the crew. Our entire roof and the additional flat roof were done within the time frame promised- in 2 days.

The next day after getting our roof replaced, there was a very treacherous rainstorm. My husband and I woke up in the middle of the night and checked for leaks (as had been our experience from previous rainfalls) but there weren’t any! For the first time, we enjoyed a good night’s sleep through the rain. It has subsequently rained a few more times, and we are happy to report that there are no leaks. We are starting to fall in love with rainy nights again.

Thanks to Justin and his team – our work was done within 2 days and for a fraction of the cost of other roofers. It comes with a 10 year warrantee which also helps ease our minds. Justin and his team went above and beyond to clean the front, side and backyards and to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. When my brother, who is a contractor asked us about Justin’s work, we recommended him without hesitation and I'm sure my brother will be recommending him to his future clients.
