We asked for an estimate to have a spruce, a mountain ash tree and a bush totally removed and a cotoneaster hedge trimmed. The quote was fair; Jeremy and his crew showed up when they they said they would; they completed the work as promised; and did an excellent job.

We recently had Jeremy and his team do stump removal and new tree installation and we couldn't be happier. This is the second time we have used this company. They are very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them. We will be in touch with them for any future tree servicing needs.

I used Homestars to find arborists that could remove two very large and difficult-to-access spruce trees. I received several responses from reputable companies and arranged a site-visit for each one.

I was especially impressed with Open Canopy (Jason) as he spent a lot of time explaining my options and he gave me confidence that the trees would be removed safely and professionally. I chose Open Canopy as their quote was very competitive which was made even better as the work was done during their off (winter) season.

The work was completed in January 2021 by Jeremy, a large crew and several trucks. Because of the location, the trees had to be climbed as the picker-trucks could not reach them. Once cut, the large and heavy limbs were carefully lowered via zip lines to avoid any property damage.
The cleanup was good and all material was removed in a timely manner.

I am very impressed with Canopy and would highly recommend them.

Open Canopy removed a damaged / diseased birch in our complex. So pleased with the professional work & clean up....definitely look forward to working with them again on having some much needed pruning & disease treatments done.

We wanted a large and overgrown lilac removed. Jeremy's crew arrived on the day they said they would. Did the work carefully and cleaned up meticulously. I have used them in the past to cut down two conifers and I would recommend them unreservedly both for service and price.
I am having them come back to plant a new tree where the lilac was.

After reading the reviews from HomeStars for Open Canopy Tree & Landscape we asked them for a quote to remove a 30 ft spruce tree and grind out 3 stumps. From the beginning their service has been prompt, efficient and professional. You can tell the staff know what they are doing and sync very well together. The clean up was done to a professional standard with nothing left for me to do. I would highly recommend Open Canopy Tree & Landscape for any job. Also knowing that they do tree pruning is a bonus.

We have a 20 year old Spruce in our front yard and thought it may be dying because there was so much dead wood inside. This crew climbed up inside the tree and cleaned out all the dead branches and then shaped it. They were up the tree for almost two hours. The end result - our tree looks fantastic! Our neighbors came by even and complimented how great it looks. We also had them remove a large branch from our Aspen that was hitting our house when the wind blew as well as they topped off one of our Cedars. The crew was amazing - polite, friendly and very professional! Thank you!
