New furnace, new air conditioner, new humidifier, new hot water tank and new thermostat.
I was and am very pleased with the work performed by Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning. The professionalism by the installation team shines through as they work. Clean up was very important as I have pets and I didn't want any scrap metal left behind. They cleaned twice to ensure my pets would be safe. That is what I call going the extra mile. It is a rare find amongst companies these days but I am very happy that Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning is a company which still cares about its customers. You get a follow up by the owner of the company to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the project. That's what I call the personal touch.
