I had a composite backyard deck built over an existing cement slab. Friendly helpful service, done on time, as promised. It was a very enjoyable experience with Alex Rachinsky. I have no trouble highly recommending Alex and Pulsar Construction to anyone looking for a professional replacement deck. I'm very happy with my new deck.
