Sent an email to OWLS for an estimate to get rid of wasps under our front cement steps and received a reply two hours later that it could be done the same day with a estimate we were happy with. Nate came by and got to work clearing out the wasps. He was very thorough and we have yet to see any wasps around that area and we're in the process of filling it in now.
Nate has a wealth of information and was quick to answer any questions and give explanations for what was being done. He also noticed there were some carpenter ants crossing our driveway and even took a look at our trees to see if they were setting up in them. We're now very aware of that and keeping an eye to see if we'll have any problems.
