Wake up in the morning to a cold house. Furnace does not want to start. it is a SUNDAY. Call the installer, Hargrave Heating and AC, outside working hours, leave a message.
Got a call back in about 12 minutes. Technician was at the house in about 45 minutes. Diagnostic was not good, motor had to be replaced, nothing in local stock, had to wait until Monday. Monday morning at 8 o'clock when I called, technician placed the order for the motor and the visit was already scheduled for that day. I had to postpone due to engagements that stopped from being available at that time.
