Our project involved a major bathroom / laundry renovation with structural changes, as well as a number of updates to ceilings, flooring, and lighting throughout the house. Dependable was excellent to work with - great GC with awesome trades as well. They were pragmatic but ensured a really beautiful result, on time and on budget. They looked after many details for us without being asked and without additional charges. All part of their terrific service! Barry is knowledgeable and great to work with. Lisa is uber-organized and did an amazing job of quoting and invoicing. Everything was well communicated and very clear! Very happy customers!
