We hired carlos & team to redesign the front entrance & pathway in natural stone and also a natural stone walkways in river-rock bed on both sides of the house. Carlos is knowledgeable and experienced in laying natural stone and the related concrete work. He went the extra distance and diverted one of our downspout under the concrete as well.
Pros: Reasonable price, Takes pride in what they do, Leaves the job site clean at the end of each day, Uses good material and workmanship in completing the tasks and follows-up/updates as frequently as he can. Also suggests different design/ideas to improve as the project progress.
Cons: The job can take longer than what was estimated due to various reasons (including weather conditions and other projects he has on the go), Need to have everything you want done, material and measurements in the written contract that you sign, otherwise be prepared to pay extra.
In summary, Carlos will get the job done right but you will need to make sure that you have a firm plan on what you want done and make sure that the written contract has all the details to avoid any renegotiations/payments later.

Thanks for review Lingam. Was pleasure working for you. Regarding extras and delays , means that if contract have extras , contract will take longer and weather will be also one issue. Plus I did a lot of extras free of charge to compensate delay , I start the contract with one design and after all was change to another design and new materials .
