This builder is one of the worst we've encountered, and it's a mystery how they manage to stay in business. The quality of their construction is extremely poor, as evidenced by over 200 issues we found during the PDI. In contrast, a home built by Brooksfield had less than 20 issues. Adding to our frustration, strict mortgage restrictions meant we couldn't close on time, and when we requested a 4-day extension, the builder demanded a fee of $110k plus HST. This exorbitant charge forced us to turn to a private lender for the loan to close the next day and Treasurehill charged us $35k plus hst. As a result, we had to pay over $80k more in closing costs due to the lender's fee as well. In contrast, Brooksfield granted my brother a one-week extension at no extra charge, with only the lawyer fee to pay. It's truly unbelievable that this builder could profit from the desperation and hard-earned money of their customers. We've heard from at least three other people who were charged over $100k for late closings, and it's a shameful way to do business.

Worst customer service ever. I got my home from other builder too but all I have to say always make the mistaking install bad products for our home

Me and my family members, we are very disappointed with Treasure Hill. Constant delays, terrible quality of construction, unqualified subcontractors and lack of supervision. Dont repeat our mistakes. Stay away.

It took them 3 years to built the house which I somewhat understand but interior work is so poor even upgrades are so cheap ,my floor has lots of big visible gaps and lots of bad work inside ,dont know where to begin and where to stop,I had lots of high hopes from them since they were suppose to be lots of award winning company,outside house design is really beautiful though

A nightmare experience with this company. Need to pray everyday for God's mercy and blessings. The company would take advantage of customer by the Purchase Agreement it prepared with its lawyers. They would catch you by surprises, bad surprises. When doing the PDI, they didnot allow anybody else to attend except the owner. Many deficiencies but the PDI staff refused to document on the PDI form.

I bought their townhouse in Apr, 2020. They promised to return the land tax deposit of 2020 when I finish the tax payment. You know what, they unreasonably refused the refund after I paid the tax.
