Appliance Repair review in

My washing machine is getting a grease like substance & makes noise. 3 visits later still doesn't work. Won't take a 3rd look but just assures me an expensive replacement job is clearly the real issue. Tech was rude on the phone. Terrible service. Still no working washer after a month.
