Like many others, I was deceived by the owner of this business once he refused to pave my driveway after we had signed a contract. The business is fraudulent, and systemically collects deposits and does not deliver on their side of the transaction.
After many months of trying to track him down, I was finally able to open a case against him in civil court.

So we started this project for this customer we left the driveway to settle y
Usually about 2 weeks after 3 days of settling this home owner started calling us 9-12 times a day he reply back he was threatening my wife the workers and myself the owner we show up 2 weeks later what we see is he goes and paves his driveway with asphalt then takes me to court and loses in court
The judge told him
Mr Nugent is well with in the right abs he has follows the contract and I didn't just win I got court cost as well.
