Dishwasher removal and installation of new
Received quotes from 2 other plumbers for over $500 plus any parts they would need. Repair care quoted me $245 + parts and that is exactly what they charged me even though the install went a bit long.
The technician was polite and did what he was there to do. No frills, but no complaints. Because we had put in different flooring than what the old dishwasher was installed on, there was trouble getting it out. The technician left that up to my husband to deal with, but they didn't charge us any extra since the job went late. Fair enough. The extremely reasonable rates make the no frills approach totally acceptable.
I would recommend to almost anyone.

We have found that other companies quote a lower call out fee but that only gets them to your door and then they charge by the hour. The going rate is $110 -$125 per hour and that they charge for return visits. We do not charge for any return visits and there are no additional labour charges. no matter how long it takes. It's all covered under the flat fee. By the time the appliance is repaired it costs more than if they had gone with our flat fee.
