They were good and responsive when they were trying to and eventually got me to choose them to do my roof in 2016. Their pricing is comparable to other roofers, so they sold me on their supposed responsiveness which I am now learning is pretty bad.
Have been trying to reach them for a week now with no response. Have a question about the warranty on the roof they installed in 2016 which is now damaged.
Seems like they are good and responsive only when they are trying to earn your business and get your money. But once the job is complete and time has passed, trying to get them to call you back to answer questions about their warranty is very difficult.
