Professional, no over selling, by the code, simply got the job done.
And we're not talking small jobs, Vlad did Delta membrane, weeping tiles, septic tank, rearrange bathroom plumbing, relocate laundry. Flawlessly.
And the best part, the sound effects are free, =) you'll know what I mean when you hire him.
