I Inspect 360

Wow! As first time home buyers we were thrilled that We had chosen Frank as our Home Inspector. if you are purchasing a home (especially for the first time) we would highly recommend Frank with Iinspect 360. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable about any component of the house. He utilizes current technological equipment to provide you with the best results.

Frank also took the time to provide preventative maintenance measures which is great for new home owners that are not aware of the smaller details when owning a home.

You get what you pay for and Iinspect 360 was definitely worth it.

Frank was very profession and did an in depth assessment of the house. He explained everything to us clearly and reviewed was work would be needed to be done and when. We where very happy with the report and that he answered our questions promptly after we had a chance to read the report.

I contacted iInspect 360 when the apartment that I rent was damaged by a flood. iInspect 360 very efficiently took the readings in the affected area and sent me the report that showed elevated levels of mold. I sent this report to the property management company and they quickly did a remediation of the mold in the apartment.
During this process, iInspect 360 thoroughly explained the phases for the inspection, the information in the report, and what my next steps should be in addressing this situation. iInspect 360 handled this issue in a professional manner and was always punctual. I did hire iInspect 360 to do an additional mold inspection once the property management company had let me know they had finished the remediation. The issue with the mold was solved.
I have recommended iInspect 360 to a number of my friends who own houses and will continue to recommend this company in future.

Frank was incredibly thorough, observant, and detailed, not to mention friendly and a pleasure to have in your home. He took many, many pictures to illustrate his points which was very helpful. And I've never had any service person (or anyone i think!) reply so promptly to any question or concern. He also was happy to recommend a tradesperson if you asked. Most highly recommended.
