Frank was very precise and enthusiastic in explaining findings and other small things he noticed throughout his inspection. He took his time to go through the home and ensure every square foot of the home was covered. Anything he noticed he mentioned during the inspection right away, and offered advise as to how to rectify and address the concerns. Frank also took the time to explain preventative maintenance on certain things and explained the benefits and long term gain. His knowledge and skills are very evident.
