Home Depot the

Kim is the expeditor at Home Depot. My kitchen was nearly completed and I was waiting for a countertop to come in. Unfortunately, our house was destroyed in a fire and we lost everything. Shortly afterwards, I received word that the countertop had arrived and I told them what had happened. Kim told me not to worry about it, they would credit my account for the full amount of the countertop.
They certainly didn't have to do that but I greatly appreciated it.

I described my problem (mower turns over then dies), asked about replacement part (HD didn't carry) and Bob suggested where I could find it at another store. He went out of his way to be sure I have the info I needed.
