Highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors Ltd.! The service was excellent, and we are very happy with the products. Brandon went above and beyond to explain everything, walk through our neighbourhood and find examples of other doors that I liked, to help me with the selection process, and made very helpful recommendations. Jarred arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job with the removal of the old door, the installation of the new door and the installation of a new garage door opener. We had a unique requirement to maintain a light within the garage, and both Brandon and Jarred ensured that they addressed that requirement by ordering the correct frame to allow for clearance, and then double checking the measurements before installing. I don't believe, I've come across such personable, helpful individuals for home project work (Jarred even helped move a few small items out of the garage that needed to be moved before the work could begin, and then put everything back into the garage once everything was installed. These guys make a great team, so that your experience from start to finish is exceptional!

Brandon assisted me with choosing the appropriate doors. The price was very competitive. The on going communication was great. When I called to get clarification on product details or install timing I was able to get a response back in short order.

The doors arrived when promised. The install by Jared and Robert was flawlessly.

Called several places and even though I knew that the spring was broken, no one wanted to give a quote or estimate. I called whitby garage doors because luckily I found the add on a flyer and Brandon was able to quote. he was very punctual at the time he said he was to show up he did. The garage door works perfectly now. i will definitely recommend this company.

Whitby Garage Doors were professional from quote to completion. First Brandon came in took the time to describe the different products and styles. He didn't tell me what I wanted but instead gave me the information, so that I could make the choice. The quote was fair. Equal to 2 other companies and significantly lower than the other Whitby based garage door company. Lastly, the product was delivered, installed and the garage cleaned. Jared was polite and professional. I am so happy with the service that I received and would recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted Brandon for a quote on a new Garage Door, which I was able to receive from a site visit in a few days, he really knew his stuff and was able to explain the different options we had. Our old garage door was so noisy that we were afraid to open it in the late evening to put the cars away for fear that it would wake the neighbors!!! The final straw was when the door came off one hinge and we quickly did some research to find a reputable installer that would sell us a nice new door and install it for us. Whitby Garage Doors came to our rescue and not only sold us a beautiful new door that really improves the curb appeal of our home but they installed the new garage door opener that we had purchased and set up the exterior keypad and openers for us. The cables on our garage door broke and we were worried we would have to replace them. My husband heard an ad for Whitby Garage Doors on 94.9 so checked out their website. He easily found out what the problem was on the site complete with estimated repair cost. After calling, they came within an hour and fixed the problem within a half hour! When we are ready for new doors we will definitely be calling back!

The job was taken care of professionally from the time Brandon arrived to give me a quote until today when Jared arrived to do the installation. The job was done quickly and above all very neatly. When finished, you would not have know there was work done (other than the new door of course). Everything was cleaned up and the old door and hardware removed from my home.
