Garage door opener would not function. There was a strong possibility that the circuit board may have gone, which would have meant a complete new unit. First step: change drive gear set. This worked! Technician Colin was very personable and professional and this is much appreciated. Less scrupulous companies may have tried to tell me that I needed a new opener, but this company is solid, reliable and honest. Well done!
I had used the same company for a different unit about two years ago and was impressed enoug to bring them back this time. I made a good decision.
