My wife and I wanted a new garage door since our old-swing up one was looking pretty beatup. Plus we did not have an opener. We called and emailed 3 companies including Whitby Garage Doors in April. They were the only ones to get back to us. So we got a quote and placed an order. We got a call a month later that our door was in and we set up an install date about 1 week later. I cleaned out the garage and the door was installed with only 1 issue. The windows we ordered hadn't arrived so they put in generic ones until the correct ones arrived. The correct windows were installed for us while we were at work 1 week later.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the garage door and opener. The aluminum capping was also done shortly after installation and didn't require me to be at home either.
Whitby Garage Doors is a very reliable company. I would recommend them to others looking for a new garage door or opener.
