Our front door was in a desperate need of replacement, so we contacted Luca's Windows and Doors to get a quote. Luca got back to us a few hours after our initial email and arranged to meet us at our home the same day. We discussed many ideas about our door design and colours. Throughout the whole process, Luca was always able to offer us spontaneous and honest feedback when we needed it - it was important to us that we never felt like we were being sold on ideas that were no good to us. Upon receiving a very reasonable quote for the job, Luca got started and kept in touch while the door and the window were being manufactured. Because we requested a special colour both for the door and the window frame, the window took a bit longer to manufacture, so our door got installed first, followed by the window and siding. Luca was highly professional, competent and friendly during both installations. He's an absolute pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking for doors and windows anywhere in the GTA!
