We just had replaced all of our 7 basement windows today, November 22, 2019. After numerous quotes and visits from window suppliers and installers in Calgary, we decided to go with the Window Seal West Inc. We are glad we did. The customer service we experienced is very positive - starting with the friendly Receptionist, Anastacia, to the skillful and accommodating Sergei and Vlad who had patiently answered our questions and addressed any concern that we had.

All the people we dealt with displayed good work ethics, honesty, and good technical knowledge about windows and doors. The price quoted by Vlad is reasonable and affordable. It may not be the lowest; but the product delivered were exactly what we ordered based on quality and workmanship.

The Team who installed our windows comprised of Anthony, the Supervisor and the Crews were Orest and Igor. Anthony did the perfect measurement and Orest and Igor did the installation. Orest and Igor arrived promptly, in fact half an hour early than the specified start time. They are very courteous, friendly, skillful, reliable, very hard worker. From start to finish, they displayed a very neat, clean workmanship. They didn’t mind going the extra mile to fix things that are not included in the job list but are essential to make the customers happy.
