We had three estimates and travelled to Calgary to visit the showroom and factory before choosing Window Seal West. Salesman Ruslan was very thorough and patient, answering our questions and visiting us twice. We had our Bow windows and 4 other windows as well as two doors replaced. The estimate for completion was 8 weeks and was almost to the minute when we got the call to set up an install date. The installation went smoothly and it was as if they were never here. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend them to others.
