On time and On budget -- follow up you can trust
The Roper Road location did a great job on my small bathroom renovation. I was truly amazed at how fast everything went, from Monday morning demolition down to studs to being 100% complete on Thursday afternoon. There were no surprise costs or other unpleasant surprises. Quotes and contracts were very detailed and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Work started on time and finished early, what more could you ask for!
Candis was extremely helpful with planning and choosing materials as well as an objective view of what could and could not be done and helped me work within my budget.
Ben and the other installers were courteous and very trustworthy, great guys.
I had a couple of small follow up items that needed to be taken care of and they made sure everything was perfect, even months later.

I realize it has been a while since you posted this very kind review of the Roper Road Splash. Candis and Ben are indeed great people, and I let them know a while ago that your review may have been posted to the west end location in an oversight. I am not sure what can be done at this point, but please know all of this has been forwarded to them.
