Simply Green

Simply Green came in to install a water heater; however, they dd all the wiring for the gas incorrectly. It vented outside to the gas metre and they did not have the valve for the water heater. They also used plastic ties to hook it to the pipes to my ceiling. There was a ton of issues that I did not know about. Later my fan went on and I needed someone to fix it for me. When another person came in they found violations throughout the house (job done by SImply Green) and had to report those violations. When the guys came back they were great as they explained exactly what they were doing, what the violations were, and how they were going to fix them. In the end, it was great just the initial instalment (despite being qualified) they did not do the best job.

The company Simply Green installed a water heater for me. The person who came to do the installation seemed okay... but he was a bit sloppy. It was not professionally done as the caulking and glue was all over the place. I found out about this company by sales people and they sold me.

I met Jakob while he was working my area throughout the week. He spent a lot of time with me discussing the benefits of the tankless unit (I was a bit skeptical at first) and overall it made sense for our family. He wasn't pushy, we knew we needed the Furnace but the Tankless was always in question. Ali came to do the installation and his crew did a good job. One of them didn't have the best english, but Ali was there to answer any questions we had. Once installed he spend 20min teaching us how to change the filters and how the Tankless unit works (It's really cool!). All in all, this company has been great thus far, I'll keep everyone posted on how they are with their annual maintenance and service.

Our 20+ year old furnace broke down and my neighbour suggested I use simply green. I was hesitant at first, since I have never heard of them before but our neighbour insisted we give them a call since she was so happy with her new furnace. The technician was knowledgeable and a very pleasant young man. The appointment was quick and we had our new furnace within 2 days. The young man was very appreciative of our home and our dog. He did everything within a reasonable amount of time and wore covers over his shoes to prevent any outside dirt from being brought inside even though I told him it was alright.

I am beyond pleased with the new HVAC and Tankless systems that were installed in my home almost a year ago today. Simply Green has been nothing but professional and helpful in installing and maintaining my products. Just recently I had an issue with my Tankless having an error code that I was unable to fix myself. I called the company and within hours I had a technician at my home ready to service my equipment. If you are looking to update your systems I would definitely recommend them.

I would never ever in my life recommend such a joke company. Sale prep came to my house never told me the truth , told me I was paying for the units monthly, it ended up that I was renting the unit without knowing it.
I try to get out of the rental Contract and I couldn't since they only give you 10 day cool off period and I called day 11 when the unit was leaking gas from properly installed .
I regret the decision of renting with them. I wish I could go back in time.
After I'm done with them i would never believe any company anymore.
Such a poor customer service . Always ripping you off .

I got a furnace and AC from Simply Green a few months ago. the eco advisor was very friendly and explained the program in details. When it was time for the installation, the technician was on time, early in the morning. The system has been working good so far, havent had any problems all summer. They are a great team and great service! Highly reccomend!

I was looking for a furnace that came with a payment plan when Simply Green knocked on my door. They offered me exactly what 8 was looking for and installed it quickly. When the furnace encountered an unexpected noise, they sent someone to fix it --over the Christmas holidays. A couple of other glitches became apparent, but they remedied those as well so that I was never without heat or hot water.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and explained everything that was being done or needed to be done and why. One person in particular, Kemsha, was my go to person for questions and answers. If I ever get to meet her, we will have to go out for drinks....we had many great conversations!
Overall, they are a new company that is standing behind their products and their work. They should be around a long time if they keep up the good work.
