I was truly pleased with Simple Greens service. It was Thursday afternoon right before the long weekend and our hot water halve broke. I called the company and they were able to send someone out the same day, the technician never came until 9:30 pm. Which showed true dedication. Even though they ordered the part, they were able to rectify the situation in about 72 hours during the long weekend. We were all truly grateful and ontop of that they took off 1 month of payment.
