Jeff went over and above from the time of quoting to completion of the job. He was early or on time on every account. Pricing was unbeatable and he was courteous. My wife noticed a black mark along one edge of the original skylight in our home. Moore skylights was working at the neighbor's and we had him investigate. Turned out there was a small leak and some condensation (which we hadn't seen) at the top of the skylight between the two acrylic layers of the skylight. We got quotes on a couple of options to replace the skylight. Jeff explained the pros and cons of the options he quoted enabling us to choose which one we were most comfortable with. Since we previously had work done by the proprietor of this company, we decided to proceed.

Our skylight started to leak at about 10 years. We had it sealed and problem continued.
