My wife noticed a black mark along one edge of the original skylight in our home. Moore skylights was working at the neighbor's and we had him investigate. Turned out there was a small leak and some condensation (which we hadn't seen) at the top of the skylight between the two acrylic layers of the skylight. We got quotes on a couple of options to replace the skylight. Jeff explained the pros and cons of the options he quoted enabling us to choose which one we were most comfortable with. Since we previously had work done by the proprietor of this company, we decided to proceed. The work was completed as per agreed date at the agreed price. Our home was protected by drop sheets and photos were taken of the completed job and shown to us. We are quite pleased with the completed job.
