The whole experience of replacing an aging roof skylight by Jeff Moore of Moore Skylights was easy and pleasant. Jeff responded to calls on a timely basis, and helpfully answered all questions. He took the time to explain and advise about the condition of the old skylight, recommend what needed to be done and with what product, and showed how it would be done in detail. He was prompt, on time, considerate, and neat. I am very happy with the new glass skylight which looks good and expect to enjoy it for years to come.
