Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start.

He came out of his way to Newcastle to give a recommendation as to whether or not I should get a Sun Tunnel, or Skylight for our second floor hallway / stairwell.

Jeff recommended a Sun Tunnel over the skylight based on the positioning required, how much work was required, costs and how much light was needed.

Jeff was able to quote on the spot, was detailed enough to check up in the attic to ensure accuracy (as in my specific case, the distance to the roof required two extensions for the sun tunnel tube).

The equipment was ordered and job was completed a couple of weeks later (even having to plan our day carefully in the midst of recent spouts of rain).

Jeff was on time (he courteously came early as I had to leave for an appointment) and finished in the exact amount of time he had originally stated (3-4 hours). Jeff kept everything clean with drop sheets, provided before/after pictures and the cost was exactly as quoted. He also explained in detail the procedure and what makes a good sun-tunnel installation... which inspired confidence that his work is of great quality and will last.

Overall a pleasure to work with, I would recommend to anyone looking for a sun tunnel or skylight. I will likely come back for a second in the near future.
