Fresh Air Duct Cleaning

Matt and Tim were punctual and personable. This is where the positives end!
Unfortunately, after they left I noticed lots of garbage left behind, stuff like duct cut-outs that are sharp and I have small kids running around the house and this was dangerous. I also noticed that my ducts were barely cleaned if at all. A few weeks ago I opened the humidifier attached to the main heat duct only to have the heating kick in at around the same time while the thing was opened; the dust and debris that was flying out of the humidifier hole was indicative of extremely dirty ducts (the guys were here not even 2 months prior). This made me question the work they did so I started opening ducts and checking for myself; there was a mountain of dirt and dust I was able to vacuum with my house vacuum; I mean a mountain. This makes me think that the ducting that connects all the vents are most likely filthy if I can get so much dirt off of vacuuming the duct vents. I also noticed that some return vents were simply not touched and I had to remove them and vacuum the dirt and dust myself.

I am highly disappointed in the work done on my ducts and would not recommend this company to anyone. The guys were pleasant enough when they were here but I did not hire them to have a chat.
