Denise completed a house inspection for me. He showed up early, he was very thorough, and spoke with me honestly. Was was able to suggest a multitude of ways in which I could improve land value and efficiency of monthly costs on the home. He was personable and honest and put my needs first. I would reccomend Densie to anyone looking to complete a house inspection and will work with him again in the future.

Thanks Samantha for your review, yes Home Inspections can and should be a lot more that inspecting the home. I try to assist in many areas like save money, not wasting time so I show up a little early, and how to work with the sellers and neighbors as so many other areas are also important not just the home inspection.
