New Home with multiple electrical upgrades

We recently purchased a new home and worked with Len (& Cindy) from Escarpment Electric for numerous electrical upgrades we made to the home. They were very thorough. Cindy was also very helpful with suggestions on fixture placement, electrical switch placement, things of this nature that we may have forgotten.

Pigtail Job

Len was kind for the most part but his employee Mike was constantly complaining and being quite vulgar. He kept messing things up and blaming everything around him for his faults. That is, when he wasn't filling our house with cigarette smoke every ten minutes.

I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience. At Escarpment Electric we strive to provide superior customer service and quality workmanship in all the jobs we do no matter how big or small. We are now instituting new policies within the company in regards to employee conduct, these new policies will take effect immediately and all employees will be inserviced regarding these changes. I can assure you and any future customers as well as repeat customers that this behaviour is not tolerated within our company. Our goal is to provide our customers with a superior service from the first phone call through to completion of the job.

Full Lighting Uprage

We hired Len to re light our business and he did a great job we couldn't be happier, showroom is brighter and with the LED's more efficient, which is saving us money. Super friendly, fast service and quality work.

recessed lighting installation

I had a total of 9 recessed LED pot lights installed in the kitchen/hallway by Escarpment Electric. The service provided throughout was excellent from the original consult and quote to the completion of the the job. Would definitely use their services again.
