I called Blake in a bind. My furnace and humidifier were not working and the company that installed the units was not returning my calls. Blake was able to show up and fix everything the same day. I was in a pinch and needed my first generation Carrier high efficiency furnace repaired. The first serviceman that came told me the furnace was "pooched" and wanted $5000 for a new one. As I was renting under a loose agreement, I was not prepared to pay for a furnace. Blake came along and understood my predicament.
