Paul was great. He was there when we showed up and already taking note of the exterior. He gave me a thorough rundown of everything that was a concern and even showed me how the place was built and why certain things mattered. He defiantly went above and beyond my expectations. My real estate agent was also impressed and took several of his flyers to put up at his offices.
