I had a situation where I needed a home inspector for the property I was going to buy, and I needed it quick! Literally for the same day afternoon!
I was lucky that I found Paul with that short notice. He was there before me and already started the inspection. The inspection was done professionally and very smooth. Paul explained some stuff in the middle of the inspection, but mostly at the end. After he realized I was a first time home buyer, he also gave me some tips on how to maintain the furnace and water tank, etc. He labeled everything in the furnace room so that I know which is which later.
The report he gave us was all inclusive, with all of the must dos, and recommended to dos and how to do them. The report was very clear and helpful.
I would recommend Paul to my friends and will use him for my other inspections.
