Paul arrived at the inspection site on time and did a thorough inspection at a very fair price. He was patient with my questions and was professional throughout the inspection. Even as the homeowner and his family was coming in and out of rooms that he was inspecting, Paul remained patient and thorough. Even though the house is only 3 years old, he found a few items on appliances that I would have definitely missed had I inspected myself, and gave me a short list of chores to take care of in the first few months of ownership.

The report that he provided will be a very useful tool after we move in, and we've already told the seller to take care of the items that were identified. In essence, the inspection paid for itself, as the cost and hassle of getting these items fixed is likely going to be around what we paid. When buying a house, it seems that money can flow like water, but I consider this great value for my money.
