We used I Find It Inspections for our condo inspection. Being recently new to the city we were unsure how to find a home inspector and called a few inspectors. I Find It Inspections promptly returned our call and also provided the best availability at a reasonable price. When we did our home inspection we met with Paul at the site and in great detail he went through his findings and the inspection report with us. He also left us with a report that we can easily reference and also would gladly provide to a future buyer one day. We found Paul very knowledgeable, proficient, and competent. He put our mind at ease that we had found a very good property even if it was 30 years old. We would highly recommend Paul.
