Paul was referred to me by my good friend and realtor and he did an excellent and very thorough job, looking at the exterior, roof, windows, plumbing and electrical part of the building and then inspecting the inside of the suite, including testing all appliances, toilets, faucets, gas fireplace and electrical components. He checked for wall/ceiling damage and tested for moisture around toilets and behind tiles in bathrooms. He talked through his inspection with me as he did it and went through everything with me again to ensure that I understood all that was done. I have had some previous experience with home inspectors, but Paul was by far, the most thorough and professional of any that I have dealt with. I would strongly recommend using Paul's services and will continue to use him in the future myself.
